Rules
Guild Rules (Please Follow Them) 1) Silence Policy - Please keep quiet and say what is only needed to be said during boss encounters. 2) Open Policy - This guild is a fun family oriented guild, when we raid we tend to talk during trash. This rule will not change nor will we penalize anyone who talks unless it is very inappropriate. This is how this will work for those of you who are new to this type of structure. You will need to tab out of game and at the bottom left of vent contains a check box area for muting the sound. Please use this in the event you do not want to hear us talking, but do not think this policy will change we are not some uptight guild, sorry. 3) Loot Rule Policy - We do not limit the amount of loot you can obtain per boss and we do not use a DKP system of any type. The rule of thump for loot rolling is Main spec before Off spec, so we roll for Main spec first if no one rolls a Off spec roll will be done with raid warnings to include what is going on so no confusion occurs. 4) Guild Chat Policy - This is a free speech area to talk among your guild mates, do not advertise selling of items or inappropriate conversations; (sex and extreme bad language)however, we are only allowing mild cussing just do not over do it or you will be asked to stop. Please keep it PG 13 for the most part. 5) Click Policy - We are not going to have a clicking policy of any type so for all you that are new we sign up on the guild website for raids it is a first come first serve standard please be aware we do not have players drop for a friend of yours to fill in, sorry it is not how this guild works. (First come first serve = First signed up first allowed to raid). With this information we are to include that if we are full on DPS and need another tank but you were the 10th person to sign up we can not bring you due to the requirements of the raid at hand so please do not be upset if you are not brought in and you were one of the first ten to sign up. 6) Ventrilo Policy - We offer up to a 25 slot ventrilo currently please do not bring friends or pugs into the ventrilo without getting proper permission first this kind of action can lead to being penalized; however, if you are in a raid and need to use vent just so you know you can ask a officer and as long as the guild is not involved in a raid thats bigger then ten man or an event that needs a lot of space we will allow this action if the raid that you are in is a ten man raid, but make sure a officer is aware of it as they should be in knowledge of all guild activities. 6A) Music in Vent - This is only allowed in the music channels posted in vent to run music, please do not spam it in other channels. 7) Banned Player Policy - Please do not intentionally invite banned player back into the guild and list of the banned players will be available to you via the banned list about on the website main ribbon of links (website guide). 8) Promotion Policy - Recruit to Member we will be following a 1 month trial basis if your activity proves to be valid and not inactive majority or the entire month you will be promoted. To advance pasted Member you will need to show guild interest and be involved with the guild, also showing good attitude and behavior will go a long way. 9) Guild Bank Policy - We accept anything you want to put into the bank with a thanks as you are helping other guild members out, but please do not take from the guild back for self profit selling guild bank items is among the number one reason players are banned from this guild. Officers do talk to the guilds you join after to warn them of your actions and allow them to decide what they will with you, so please do not violate this rule by any means. That includes if you take a stack out put back what you do not use, thank you. 10) Respect Policy - This means treat others how you want to be treated unless you like to be treated badly then do not follow that guideline we are a friendly family guild promoting a drama free environment. The bad attitudes will be weeded out and players who constantly cause drama regardless of attitude may be on the way out as well, sorry but we are here to have fun and play a video game, not be mad and feel like it’s a second job. 11) Leaving Guild Policy - We will allow you to leave the guild because that is freedom of choice; however, in the event you leave you will not be promoted back to your old ranking if you decide to return. Leaving the guild a total of three times (Meaning you left after being re-invited twice) will result in a permanent ban from the guild. 12) Killing Members Policy - No killing members of your own guild unless it was out of fun for both sides or in a battleground. Do not find and kill your guild mates it maybe a PvP server but that doesn't mean to be a trouble starter. 13) MOTD Policy - Do not play with the guild MOTD it is not a toy and should not be used as one. 14) Reputation Policy - This means act like you do in guild with other guilds and pugs. If caught being out of line with another guild we hold extreme penalties for that kind of behavior as it makes this guild look bad as well as yourself. 15) Raid Policy - This policy is to let members know we are patient with out guild runs and we tend to mover faster as we all learn as to what we are doing. Currently we will be issuing that all guild members try to learn the fights before entering the instance; however, this will not be made a mandatory thing at this time. We will be making adjustments to this policy later on as it is still in process. 15) Kill Command Policy - Because of this guilds delicate structure we are in need of this policy as we grow and advance we want to be able to reset back to a old standard if a new one selected appears to be going of the guidelines of the guild structure. This command can only be issued back 2/3’s of the co-leaders voting. 16) Attitude Policy - All bad attitudes to be checked at the door and dealt with in the highest of priorities we will not allow them to continue and strict penalties will be in play toward these kind of actions. This does not mean that the occasional out burst will get you into trouble but this does mean constant attitudes have got to go not acceptations to the rule. 17) Character Name Policy - Please keep character names clean, if you create a new character do not make it profane unless it is not joining the guild. Required Raiding Addons & Voice Programs (Please Download) 1: You must download Ventrilo. 2: You must download Deadly Boss Mods. 3: You must download Pally Power. (Paladin's Only) Officers Only Rules 1: The Guild Voting system will no longer require all officers to agree instead it will require a 80% vote based on the officers who show up for the meeting, unless kill command is issued. 2: Guild officers will be able to remove players without asking if they have a constant bad attitude and witnesses and or some proof to the actions going on, no one in the guild will be protected from this action so be on your best behavior. 3: Guild Meetings will be after sunday nights raid every week so gather any issues bring them up including guild member promotions, please attend. 4: Promotions will now be required to have a 80% officer vote of the attending officers at a meeting up to RG rank and higher will require a 100% vote in. 5: Officers must help fine tune the guild recruitment add. 6: Saturdays at 5pm-8pm Officers / Co-leaders if online are expected to help anyone in the guild if they are asked they are to try to make sure they are free to do so. 7: Officers are expected to uphold all guild rules and follow the rules themself any officer in question can and will be put on trial to determine the standings of the officer. These are just additional responsibilities of the officers. Each officer has his/her own individual responsibilities. |
